Key Leadership Team welcomes new Chief Financial Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer

St. Paul, MN (September 18, 2024) – Bailey is excited to welcome two distinguished leaders to the organization. Tim Jacobson has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer, and Katie Huth will serve as Chief Financial Officer. Both will play pivotal roles in steering the strategic direction of the company and driving its continued growth.

“I’ve been incredibly impressed with Tim and Katie,” said Terri McEnaney, Chief Executive Officer of Bailey. “Their extensive experience and alignment with our vision of Growing What’s Next™ make them invaluable additions to our leadership team. Their external perspectives will bring fresh insights as we continue to honor our commitment to our customers, partners, and employees.”

Jacobson is a people-first leader with a diverse background across multiple industries. He most recently served as Vice President of People and Culture at a leading non-profit organization. “I am thrilled to join Bailey Nurseries at such an exciting time in the company’s journey,” said Jacobson. “I’m in awe of the dedicated and talented individuals here and look forward to further enhancing Bailey’s incredible culture, developing our people, and refining systems and processes to ensure a safe and rewarding work environment.”
